September 2007 Getty Images Grants for Editorial Photography
More than 120 photographers from around the world submitted applications for the Getty Images Grants for Editorial Photography awarded in September 2007. Those applications were evaluated by our independent panel of judges in August. Each judge considered the anonymous projects and sample photographs independently, and then met to select the three winning projects.
Judges for grants awarded in September were:

• Elisabeth Biondi, Visuals Editor, The New Yorker
• Paolo Pellegrin, Photographer, Magnum Photos, Italy
• W.M. Hunt, Co-founder, Hasted Hunt Gallery, New York
February 2007 Getty Images Grants for Editorial Photography
More than 150 photographers from around the world submitted applications for the Getty Images Grants for Editorial Photography awarded in February 2007. Those applications were evaluated by three independent judges in January. Each judge considered the anonymous projects and sample photographs independently, and then met to select the two winning projects.
